Pilot program · Q3 2026
For Tier-2 & Tier-3 plants

Catch the bearing before it seizes the line. Under $5,000. No IT sign-off. 30-day baseline.

Strap a wireless pod to your worst pump, have a usable baseline in a shift, and decide whether to scale before anyone asks for a capital purchase order.

No IT sign-off
Reads your asset, not your network.
Under $5,000
Single pump. Single 30-day baseline.
30-day baseline
Usable data by the end of the first shift.

Why Thrumcast

The kind of condition monitoring the bigger vendors won't sell you.

Mid-market plants get pitched enterprise platforms with seven-figure integrations and a six-month PDLC. Thrumcast is the other option: a pod on the asset, a baseline in a shift, and a bill a maintenance budget can absorb.

No plant network integration

The pod reads vibration, current draw, and skin temperature on the asset, then reports out on its own LTE-M modem straight to the Thrumcast cloud. Nothing crosses the plant LAN. No VLAN request on the switch stack, no firewall exception, no port opening on the corporate firewall, no new subnet, no jump host, no IT ticket on the pilot timeline. If the corporate network is down for a patch window, the pod keeps reporting — cellular out, not LAN up.

The contractor channel

Maintenance contractors, regional resellers, and certified integrators can participate in three tracks: lead referral earns a 10% credit on the first year of any closed-won deal they source, applied to their own subscription; reseller carries standard margin on the setup fee plus recurring margin on the monthly program; certified integrator adds co-marketing and a one-day training so their own crews can install a pod on a coffee break and walk a customer through the dashboard.

How a pilot works

Three weeks from intake to first flagged alert.

The whole pilot fits inside a maintenance supervisor's authority. No procurement fight, no IT project, no six-month roadmap review.

  1. 01

Tell us which line is hurting.

Send the asset tag for the worst pump, motor, or conveyor on the floor, plus a contact on your maintenance crew.

  2. 02

We ship a pod. You strap it on.

No IT work. Your mechanic mounts the pod in under ten minutes. We point it at the asset and start the baseline clock.

  3. 03

Thirty days later, you have the call.

A maintenance supervisor can read it the next morning. You keep the box, the baseline, and the data whether or not you scale.

Request a pilot

Send three fields. We'll reply inside one business day.

Tell us who you are, the email we should hit, and roughly how big your facility is. We'll come back with pricing, the install plan, and an intro to the engineer who'll ride the first month of alerts with your crew.
